Return & Refund Policy

Loud. Desi. Unbothered. All products in our store are made-to-order and fulfilled by our partner Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or buyer’s remorse.

What we do accept:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
  • Wrong item shipped

If you receive an item with any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sharmasadesign@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will submit a claim to Printful on your behalf. If approved, Printful will either send you a free replacement or issue a refund (to your original payment method).

How returns work:

  • Any approved return must be shipped back to Printful’s fulfillment center (the return address is automatically set to Printful — you will receive the exact shipping instructions and label from us).
  • Do not ship anything to our address. Returns sent to us will not be processed.
  • Printful holds returned items for 30 days at no extra cost while we resolve the issue.
